I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms need updating and the mattress felt old, I appreciated the peaceful nights and lack of noise disruptions during my stay. The service was excellent overall, with a few hiccups in communication for breakfast orders. The location was convenient for exploring North Wales, even though some areas looked worn. The dining was good, but there were some issues with the sink plug. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms that were clean and comfy. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, although they could be a bit pushy with mask reminders. The hotel seemed to be occupied by teenage children. The rooms were not very clean, but a little better. Unfortunately, my room didn't have a working shower. The service was rude to everybody and even shouted at me. They rushed people getting breakfast and spoke down to everyone like we were dirt, but were very pleasant and helpful at reception and the bar. The location was good, but there was a lounge area to relax in where smokers stood. The dining experience was very poor, with limited choices and needed to be a little hotter. As for facilities, they lacked in some areas. The value for money wasn't great.
